Scheduling and booking-

• Scheduling and booking of a limo is made over the phone and/or in person.
• A deposit of 50% is required to hold the booking appointment with the remaining balance due day 7 days prior to pick up.
• Tips are not included in total cost, typically beginning at 20%. Generosity is always appreciated.
• Bookings start at a minimum of 2 hours. 

Refund policy 

• All cancelations should be made within a week advance. 
• Our time is very valuable, therefore deposits are nonrefundable. 
• Cancelations made before 24 hours of a scheduled pick up can be rescheduled. 
• Any cancelations made less than 24 hours of a scheduled pick up will not be rescheduled AND deposit will be held for time lost.
